Michael created Bridge One Management after years of developing instrumental projects that are well known in Philadelphia and other areas. He is a expert in a multitude of different development types that can create great value in sites. He has a proven track record and continues to search for deals that he finds passion in.

Linda has worked with Michael, the CEO, for 20 years. Over the years she has worked in various roles in the accounting field, allowing her to have an in-depth understanding. She currently oversees the accounting team and largely assists the team in making investments decisions based on the financials. Her in-depth knowledge and years with the CEO allow her to creative solutions to almost any issue. 

Chris oversees asset management for Bridge One Management, including both current assets and bringing new ones online. His 15+ years in the industry has allowed him to gain valuable industry knowledge that he uses to help guide his decisions. During his time he has worked with all types of properties from large to small. His experience over all types of asset fields allows his to bring many perspectives to solve a problem. 

Aris oversees the daily operations for Bridge One Management, including both the commercial and residential teams. His 15+ years in the industry has allowed him to gain valuable industry knowledge that he uses to help guide his decisions. During his time he has worked with all types of properties; from single family homes to 1,000 unit complexes on the residential side, and from 1,000 sqft commercial sites to 500,000 sqft commercial sites on the commercial side.
